Questions
What counts as an active course?
A course that has been published in Canvas and is included in the backup scope. Unpublished and concluded courses are excluded from the count.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, at annual renewal. Upgrades mid-contract are available on request.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, but design partners receive free access while we build the product together.
What if I’m not sure which tier I need?
Talk to us — we’ll help you work out your active course count and the right tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We provide a 90-day export window. Your WORM blobs remain accessible for the retention period even after cancellation — we don’t delete them before the retention lock expires.
